Operations Engineer (Product Transfer & Manufacturing Suppor) Mahwah, NJ (Onsite) 12-
Month Contract Rate:
$55-$63/hr on W2

Green Card Only Position Summary:
The Operations Engineer will support product transfer and process implementation activities within manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for coordinating engineering deliverables, supporting process validation, inspection readiness, documentation updates, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Support product transfer and site readiness activities. Assist with process validation, implementation, and continuous improvement efforts. Maintain and update engineering documentation, including process flows, work instructions, and risk assessments. Support inspection readiness through measurement system development, data analysis, and quality initiatives. Coordinate gage, fixture, and calibration management activities. Assist with system, routing, labeling, and process updates. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and external suppliers to meet project timelines and deliverables. Identify process risks and support corrective actions and improvement opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline. 2+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field. Experience with product transfers, process validation, manufacturing processes, or quality systems. Knowledge of engineering documentation, risk assessments, and process improvement methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
