Job Description

We're Hiring! We are seeking a driven and analytical Manufacturing Engineer to join our Columbus, Ohio team. In this entry-level role, you will help to optimize our daily production processes while learning to estimate manufacturing costs for new and existing product lines. What You'll Do:
Under the guidance of our experienced team of Engineers, you will: Support sales initiatives by determining manufacturing costs including labor, raw materials, and external processing for new and existing products. Maintain organized documentation of estimates, assumptions, and historical pricing data. Assist in drafting detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process flows for the production floor. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to promote manufacturing efficiency and throughput. Create and or revise CAD models and Engineering Drawings.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering or other related field. Foundational knowledge of CAD software. (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, or Inventor) Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications . Able to communicate effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills and effective at managing multiple priorities. Prior internships or co-op experience in a manufacturing environment preferred - metal fabrication experience a plus. From $70,000.00 per year
