GENERAL DESCRIPTION
PURPOSE OF ROLE:
Oversee technical project aspects from inception to completion, focusing on scheduling, budgeting, and cross-functional team coordination. Key responsibilities include monitoring compliance, reviewing deliverables, managing risks, and ensuring technical accuracy. This role requires strong engineering knowledge, proficiency in CAD/project software, and effective communication skills. Must ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and budgetary requirements.
Primary Accountabilities:
Project Planning & Monitoring
  • Define, schedule, coordinate, and monitor all assigned project phases. Technical Execution
  • Lead multi-discipline engineering design, ensuring compliance with technical standards and project scope. Quality Control
  • Maintain quality control over documentation, drawings, budget, and project deliverables. Coordination & Communication
  • Act as the primary technical liaison between clients, vendors, and internal team members. Risk Management
  • Identify project risks and implement appropriate corrective actions. Mentorship
  • Support and mentor junior engineers and team members as applicable. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Project delivery on time and within budget. Reduction of project risks through proactive monitoring. High-quality technical documentation and design accuracy.
  • First-Time Quality above 85% Knowledge, Skills, Abilities 3+ years of experience in project engineering or project management. Proficiency in CAD software, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools. Strong understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, etc.
), related field, or equivalent manufacturing/launch experience.
Pay:
$65,000.00
