This is a direct-hire position and the salary range is $75,000-92,000 per year, depending on experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop process improvements for manufacturing Analyze workflow Analyze machine layout Initiate and develop continuous improvement projects Develop and design manufacturing processes for improvement Tooling and fixture design Create and revise documents, work instructions, and specifications Performing cost-benefit analyses Creation of necessary BOM and Routing in ERP system Evaluating the production methods used for specific items Analyzing designs and production methods Developing solutions to specific production issues Travel up to 10%
Experience Needed:
At least 5 years of continuous improvement or manufacturing engineering experience US Citizenship is mandatory ERP experience Engineering Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical experience Experience with ISO, Six Sigma, FMEA Experience with CAD/CAM software and other engineering design tools Microsoft programs proficiency
