Job Summary:

Our team is seeking dynamic individuals to lead Technology Transfer activities for Final Drug Product manufacturing. We focus on project management excellence within a GMP environment to ensure smooth transitions and high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Organize and manage Technology Transfer projects to introduce new products to the manufacturing site. Lead site assessments and update project dashboards to achieve final objectives. Support engineering with Process Transfer Documents, protocols, and reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective communication and project success.

Required:

Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in relevant fields. Experience with combination product Tech Transfer focusing on project management or manufacturing. Proficient with MS Office and Smartsheet; experienced in project scheduling software. Strong English communication skills and the ability to succeed in an ambiguous environment.
