As one of the world's largest lift truck manufacturers, we are committed to providing the customer with the safest, most efficient and ergonomic lift truck possible to lower their total cost of ownership.Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with global lithium and lead-acid battery standards across manufacturing plants and branch facilities. Lead end-to-end implementation of battery products, including setup, ordering, delivery, storage, installation, shipping, and invoicing. Research and interpret country, state, and local regulations to support lithium battery deployment in new facilities. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to integrate lithium battery requirements into facility planning for new product introductions. Support Purchasing in evaluating battery suppliers, focusing on manufacturing capabilities and adherence to safety and quality standards.Qualifications:
8-15 years of related experience Bachelor's degree Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED Valid driving privileges Ability to travel frequently (6-20%), including overnight stays.Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate technical degree or a combination of technical and business degrees. Extensive manufacturing experience, including global plant operations. Proven project management skills with experience leading complex, multi-year projects. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Knowledge of lithium battery manufacturing processes and related regulations. Willingness and ability to travel internationally.Work Authorization:
