All On-site Job Description Job Description:
Design Engineer - Level 2 to support the design and development of components and systems. This role includes all Level 1 responsibilities, with added ownership of complex designs, analysis, and support through prototype and production.Responsibilities:
Design and develop components, parts, and systems from concept to production Perform design feasibility studies, cost analysis, strength calculations, and material selection Create and maintain 3D models and layouts inCATIA V5
(required); V6 preferred Execute hose and pipe routing and harness/cable routing Prepare, check, and release 2D and 3D drawings Apply GD&T to ensure proper fit, function, and manufacturability Support prototype builds, testing, and manufacturing launch Verify designs meet quality, cost, performance, and regulatory requirements Recommend design improvements to support testing and mass production Coordinate with manufacturing, suppliers, and cross‐functional teamsRequirements:
6+ years of engineering design experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Experience in concept development, specification setting, and layout creation Strong communication and coordination skillsCATIA V5
(must), V6 (preferred) 2D & 3D drawing creation and release GD&T Hose, pipe, harness, and cable routing Knowledge of manufacturing processes and part constructionPreferred:
