Job Description
We are hiring an Entry Level Manufacturing Engineer to support CNC machining and precision manufacturing operations in a fast-paced aerospace-focused environment. Ideal Candidate Profile Early-career engineer who thrives in hands-on manufacturing environments Has internship/co-op exposure to machining, production, or engineering support functions Comfortable working on the shop floor as well as in engineering systems Eager to develop technical depth in CNC machining and process engineering

no relocation assistance provided Key Responsibilities Manufacturing Process Development
Define machining methods, process sequences, fixturing, raw materials, and inspection requirements for precision components CNC Machining Support (Hands-On Role)
Support VTL, lathe, and milling operations including setup, first-piece validation, and production release Blueprints & GD&T Interpretation
Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure dimensional and quality requirements are met Setup & Tooling Development
Select tooling and fixturing to ensure repeatable, high-accuracy machining processes First-Piece Inspection & Validation
Verify parts using precision measurement tools (gauges, height stands, etc.) Manufacturing Routings & Documentation
Create and maintain setup sheets, operation sheets, and routing data in manufacturing systems CNC Programming Support
Assist with programming and process development using Mastercam and InPlot CAD Modeling (NX)
Develop fixtures, blueprints, and manufacturing documentation Non-Conformance Support
Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve efficiency and manufacturability
What You Bring Required:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience (internships and co-ops count as working experience) Internship, co-op, or up to 3 years of manufacturing or machining experience Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T Exposure to CNC machining (VTL, lathe, milling machines) Basic experience with CAD (NX preferred) and CAM tools (Mastercam or InPlot) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred:
