Responsibilities:
Lead daily production operations within a high-volume CNC machining environment producing thousands of precision-machined components each week Drive on-time delivery performance while maintaining quality standards and production efficiency Manage CNC machining operations, including automated production cells and multi-machine manufacturing environments Lead, coach, develop, and hold production personnel accountable for safety, quality, productivity, and performance objectives Monitor and improve manufacturing KPIs including on-time delivery, throughput, yield, quality, productivity, and machine utilization Support and reinforce preventative and proactive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime Maintain process discipline and manufacturing standards across all production activities Partner with leadership to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives Utilize ERP, MES, and production tracking systems to monitor performance and support operational decision-making Develop employee competency through training, mentoring, and performance managementQualifications:
5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience within a high-volume CNC machining environment producing thousands of parts per week Direct experience managing CNC machining operations, including automated production cells, PLC-driven equipment, multi-machine operations, and shop floor personnel Experience leading manufacturing teams within a production environment consisting of approximately 20 machines and 18-20 employees Proven success improving manufacturing KPIs including on-time delivery, throughput, quality, yield, productivity, and operational maintenance performance Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes, tooling, fixturing, precision manufacturing operations, and proactive maintenance programs Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, developing, and holding manufacturing teams accountable to performance expectations Experience utilizing ERP, MES, or production tracking systemsCompensation:
