This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the timely and efficient completion of projects while meeting customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Quoting components and assemblies in accordance with all customer specifications. Planning components and assemblies for manufacturing and inspection. Developing manufacturing and inspection processes in line with GCA policies and procedures, ensuring first-time product conformity without compromising on-time delivery. Communicating manufacturing processes effectively to the relevant teams to ensure smooth execution.

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or equivalent experience (preferred) Working knowledge of CAD programs, such as

CATIA & SOLIDWORKS

Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings A minimum of 3 consecutive years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (working in an estimating/engineering capacity is preferred) Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization and with external partners The physical and environmental requirements: The Estimating Engineer must be willing to assist in troubleshooting manufacturing and inspection processes as needed Ability to lift 50 pounds Disclaimer Statement Job descriptions are subject to change.
