You'll lead process development and continuous improvement across machining/assembly, create and sustain work instructions, routings, and standard work, and drive PFMEA/control plans plus root-cause corrective actions. You'll partner with Quality, Production, and Supply Chain to qualify tooling/equipment, validate changes, and roll out updates with minimal disruption.
Required skills/qualifications:
Mid-level manufacturing engineering experience in an industrial environment Hands-on process optimization, tooling/fixture support, and strong documentation habits Solid problem-solving (RCA), data analysis, and change control discipline Clear communication with shop-floor teams and engineering stakeholders If you're ready to make production run cleaner, faster, and smarter, apply now.
