You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our engineering solutions meet rigorous safety standards while optimizing designs for high-efficiency manufacturing. Responsibilities Execute precise mechanical calculations to ensure the structural integrity of pressure-retaining components. Generate comprehensive fabrication drawings, detailed layouts, and technical specifications for production teams. Lead the design lifecycle for shell and tube heat exchangers and custom pressure vessels. Ensure all engineering outputs strictly adhere to ASME Code, TEMA standards, and unique client requirements. Facilitate seamless communication between engineering and shop floor personnel to resolve fabrication challenges. Drive continuous improvement by refining design processes to enhance manufacturability and product quality. Provide technical mentorship to junior staff to foster a culture of engineering excellence. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related technical field. Proven ability to apply ASME Code and TEMA standards in a professional setting. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on troubleshooting complex mechanical assemblies. Exceptional attention to detail in technical documentation and drafting. Preferred Skills Direct experience within the heat exchanger or pressure vessel manufacturing industry. Background working in fast-paced, custom fabrication or job-shop environments.
