  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking experienced and motivated CNC Machinists to join our dynamic manufacturing team.
In this role, you will operate and set up CNC vertical milling machines to produce precision-engineered components. Your expertise will drive quality and efficiency in our production processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machining equipment and contribute to innovative manufacturing solutions in a fast-paced environment. Duties Set up and operate CNC vertical milling machines to produce complex parts with tight tolerances. Interpret detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) specifications to ensure accurate machining. Follow lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste, improve workflow, and enhance overall quality. Communicate and solve problems effectively within the shop and with quality control department Have commitment to punctuality & attendance
Experience:
Proven experience operating 3-axis CNC vertical milling machines with a focus on precision machining. Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code; experience with Fanuc controls is preferred. Solid blueprint reading, GD&T standards, and mechanical drawings is essential for interpreting specifications accurately. Knowledge of electrical discharge machining (EDM), plastics injection molding processes, welding techniques, and assembly procedures is a plus. Basic math skills for calculating dimensions, tolerances, feeds, speeds, and machining parameters. Mechanical aptitude combined with a strong understanding of manufacturing principles such as lean manufacturing practices.
