Corry, PA / East Aurora, NY Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations by developing efficient manufacturing processes, optimizing machining performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role plays a key part in improving productivity, product quality, and operational efficiency within a machining or manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on machining or CNC programming experience and the ability to collaborate closely with production teams to support new product launches, process improvements, and daily manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality Create, test, and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM systems Support new product launches, tooling setup, and process validation Troubleshoot machining and production issues on the shop floor Conduct time studies and establish production standards Develop work instructions and manufacturing documentation Support quoting and cost estimation activities Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Required Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent experience) 3-10+ years of manufacturing or machining experience Experience working in a CNC machining or production environment Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Preferred Qualifications CNC programming experience (NX, Mastercam, Mazatrol, or similar) Hands-on machining experience with CNC mills or lathes Experience supporting new product launches or process improvements Knowledge of tooling, speeds, and feeds Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience Aerospace or precision machining experience Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Life and Disability Insurance Tuition Reimbursement Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Safety Shoe Allowance Wellness Program Career Development Opportunities
