Review Requests for Quote (RFQs) and collaborate with sales, engineering, service, operations, and shipping teams to prepare cost estimates and detailed proposals for capital equipment, tooling, and aftermarket upgrades. Work closely with Technical Sales and Applications teams to analyze customer requirements and determine the most suitable machine models and tooling solutions. Support application evaluations to improve the likelihood of successful project implementation. Manage and coordinate tooling and aftermarket upgrade projects from planning through completion. Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments to meet customer and project requirements. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience preferred Experience working in an engineering role within an industrial or manufacturing environment Proficiency in engineering design software such as Pro/ENGINEER, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD preferred Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision in an office setting Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and departments By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, Al-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners.
