Project Engineer $80,000 - $110,000 + Bonus + Progression + 401(k) + PTO + Excellent Health Package Johnstown, Pennsylvania Are you a Project Engineer from a manufacturing or fabrication background looking to progress into project management with full ownership of complex, high-value projects from concept to completion? On offer is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business, where you will play a key role in delivering technically challenging projects across commercial and defense-related programs. This company are a leading specialist in heavy industrial manufacturing and known for their strong reputation, long-term customer relationships, and continued investment in capability and growth. Due to sustained demand across their project portfolio, they are looking to add a Project Manager / Project Engineer to their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of engineering projects, working closely with internal departments including engineering, quality, production, and supply chain to ensure seamless execution. This role would suit a Project Engineer or Project Manager with experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or heavy industrial environment who is looking to take ownership of technically complex projects within a stable and well-supported business.
The Role:
Manage engineering projects from concept to completion Prepare project updates and reports for internal and external stakeholders Work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve technical and operational issues
The Person:
Experience as a Project Engineer, Project Manager, or similar within manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial engineering Engineering, manufacturing, or related technical background preferred (degree or equivalent experience)
