job summary: A leading industrial manufacturer in the Lansdale PA area is searching for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join its growing team. We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. Experience with Machining is highly desirable and preferred. Candidates need 3+ years of experience developing processes for machining various metallic or composite components. Position offers an excellent compensation range + bonus. Please apply today!

Lansdale, Pennsylvania job type: Permanent salary: $60,000 - 90,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Provide high-level technical support to resolve complex manufacturing issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal production flow.

Design, develop, and implement highly capable manufacturing processes for new product introductions.

Evaluate and revise existing manufacturing processes to minimize operational risk, enhance safety, and improve efficiency.

Conceptualize and design custom fixturing, workholding, and gages to support production requirements.

Create precise 2D drawings and 3D models utilizing AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor in alignment with industry standards.

Oversee and validate manufacturing processes to ensure full compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.

Actively participate in and lead cross-functional, team-based problem-solving initiatives and Lean/Continuous Improvement activities.

Evaluate, develop, and implement employee-driven suggestions to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
