Precision Medical is seeking a Sustaining Engineer who maintains and improves existing products, ensuring manufacturing efficiency, product reliability and regulatory compliance.

The Sustaining Engineer will:

• Optimize existing products for cost, performance, ergonomics and manufacturability.
• Diagnose product failures from production or field feedback and implement corrective actions.
• Process engineering change notices (ECNs) to update drawings, CAD models and bills of materials.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proficient in SolidWorks.
• Proficiency in creating engineering change notices (ECNs) and technical documentation.
• Basic knowledge of machining practices.
• Basic knowledge of packaging design.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing or other related disciplines). 3+ years of experience in product development, manufacturing or maintenance.

Physical Demands:
