Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a process engineering role within manufacturing
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
  • Knowledge of manufacturing systems, equipment, and process improvement methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related) Nice to Have Skills & Experience
  • Experience with validation (IQ/OQ/PQ)
  • Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab)
  • Six Sigma or Lean experience
  • Knowledge of PLC systems, electrical controls, or automation
  • Experience in regulated environments (cGMP, ISO 13485, etc.)
  • CAD experience (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) Job Description We are seeking a hands-on Senior Process Engineer to support and optimize manufacturing operations.
This role will focus on troubleshooting production issues, driving process improvements, and leading validation efforts to improve safety, quality, and efficiency. This individual will work closely with operators, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issues on the manufacturing floor, implement process improvements, and support the introduction and validation of new equipment and processes.
