The Airborne RF Electronics Design Department has an immediate need for a Production Support Responsible Engineering Authority (REA) role with experience in production program support. This position is to support the Advance Sensor Programs production program in McKinney, Texas. This role will focus on leading a group of early-in-career engineers and experienced engineers on technical matters related to the production, test, and integration of the AESA. This role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams and business units across multiple sites, including Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and various Engineering disciplines, to efficiently address and resolve matters related to the production, testing, and integration phases. You will be instrumental in supporting the Sustainment and Production program of the Advanced Sensor Programs (ASP) program, ensuring the successful implementation and management of the AESA and its subcomponents that are critical to our operations.
What You Will Do:
Lead a team of Engineers that supports operations, supply chain, and quality to achieve delivery goals. Provide technical support and engineering expertise particularly focusing on the AESA it's CCA's, and testsets. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement best practices. Collaborate with the production and sustainment operations, and management teams. Knowledge of program tailoring and internal review process Resolution of issues on production lines. Maintain or exceed turnaround time. Ability to travel periodically to suppliers, manufacturing facilities, and customer sites to support programs (up to 20%).
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related STEM discipline such as Math, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline with minimum of 3 years related experience. Experience with RF, RF Testsets and testing, RADAR, and manufacturing processes. Experience supporting Production, Sustainment and/or Test of an AESA in a manufacturing environment Experience with analysis of technical data Must have an active Top Secret Security Clearance, US Citizenship required, and AAS Program Access is required prior to the start date.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience with Near Field testsets and CCA testsets. Experience with PRISM, SAP, and CMES Knowledge of program tailoring and internal review processes including Raytheon's Supplier Change Request Notification (SCRN) Mentor and train early in career engineers, sharing expertise in
RF, AESA
test, and testsets. Troubleshooting, Manufacturing Processes, and industry best practices to strengthen team capabilities. Strong communication skills including report writing and presentations

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
