Build the product. Define the future of the product. We're looking for a Founding Design Engineer who enjoys working at the intersection of design and engineering. The Role We're seeking a Design Engineer who enjoys working across both design and frontend development. In this role, you'll help shape user experiences for a sophisticated B2B product, contributing to everything from product design and interaction flows through to frontend implementation and delivery. Responsibilities Own and shape the product experience from day one. Design and build impactful React/TypeScript interfaces used by enterprise customers. Establish the design language and UX foundations for the entire company. Drive the future of a cutting-edge AI-powered B2B platform. Partner directly with founders to influence product vision and strategy at the highest level.
Key requirements:
1-5 years of Design Engineering experience. Strong React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Figma skills. Experience shipping production-ready frontend applications. Able to own projects from design through implementation. Comfortable working on technical products in fast-paced startup environments. You'll stand out if you have: Experience designing AI, automation, or agentic workflows. Strong portfolio showcasing design and production code. Side projects, startup experience, or products with real users. Background in engineering, computer science, or design. Proven ability to execute and ship products end-to-end.
