job summary: Looking for a Manufacturing Engineer in Council Bluffs, Iowa. It's a Hybrid role. Join Our Client, an innovative tech pioneer! We need an independent self-starter with deep hardware expertise and the physical capability to handle large server equipment. Shape the future of tech in a dynamic, autonomous environment!
Drive continuous process improvement for Our Client by identifying recurring damage trends and proposing strategic solutions to minimize future hardware failures.
Support the design, optimization, and qualification of manufacturing processes while ensuring all necessary fixtures, software, and SOPs are available within budget.
Develop software systems and execute data collection activities to troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement process controls.
