You will collaborate with experienced engineers, contribute to municipal reviews, and take part in the full lifecycle of design projects. Key Responsibilities Municipal & Site Design Perform design tasks involving: Stormwater management Detention basin layout Infrastructure rehabilitation State and local permitting requirements Develop high-quality engineering drawings and technical documents Technical Documentation & Permitting Prepare engineering reports, technical memos, and supporting documentation Draft and assemble permit applications for state and municipal agencies Plan Review & Compliance Review subdivision and utility plans submitted by developers Ensure project compliance with municipal ordinances, including: Subdivision & land development Zoning Grading Stormwater management Support construction administration tasks and escrow tracking when required
Qualifications:
Requirements B.S. in Civil Engineering or equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience in site civil or municipal design Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D for municipal-related projects EIT certification preferred (or in progress) Strong attention to detail and solid communication skills Why is This a
