What You Will Do:
- Provide support to manufacturing operations and drive process improvement to improve the company's quality and delivery signature utilizing quality metrics.
Responsibilities:
+ With specific process ownership, this role will provide direct support to the manufacturing shop floor and drive multiple manufacturing process improvements across specific process steps that spans the full value stream of the parts. + Identify & implement process optimization & control methods to eliminate/prevent quality turn backs /escapes and reduce overall product costs. + As a key member of the Integrated Product Team (IPT), significant interaction with product designers, tool designers, quality assurance, systems designers, and other stakeholders is required. + Perform Root cause analysis and corrective actions on non-conforming product for responsible processes using statistical analysis tools and other methods as necessary. + Drive targeted manufacturing process optimization activities through MRL tools such as Value Stream Mapping and Process Flow Diagram, PFMEA, Control Plans, Measurement Systems Analysis, Yield & Cost curves and Qualification plan. + The discipline and follow-through to fully document problem statements, observations, conclusions, calculations and recommendations. + Support the project pipeline process to select, prioritize and scope projects to business objectives, integrated with other continuous improvement activities andACE/CORE
initiatives. + Schedule and facilitate periodic project reviews and ensure validation. Use effective scorecards and metrics to ensure progress. + Lead significant projects critical to improve manufacturing process capability & quality performance. + Represent the organization in various forums. Develop standard work, procedures, and integrate industry-standard best practices.Qualifications You Must Have:

Qualifications We Prefer:
- + Experience in Aerospace Manufacturing of Nickel and Titanium parts + Experience in Rotating Parts Manufacturing (Locked Process) + Six Sigma project leadership/management/coaching experience preferred + ACE/CORE/ 6 Sigma Practitioner/Professional certification + Strong understanding of other continuous improvement skills: DFSS, Red-X, Lean, etc.

- The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD.
