Manufacturing Engineer - Senior

This position is with a global manufacturing organization undergoing a significant plant modernization initiative and is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer who can help drive operational improvements, equipment modernization, and manufacturing efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading manufacturing process improvements and productivity initiatives Supporting CNC machining operations, tooling, fixtures, and work holding solutions Driving Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement projects Performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions Improving equipment reliability, uptime, and manufacturing throughput Supporting plant modernization and automation initiatives Collaborating with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams Developing and improving manufacturing processes, standards, and work instructions What they're looking for: 5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience (7+ preferred) Strong CNC machining and tooling background Experience with fixture design, jigs, work holding, or manufacturing tooling Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving expertise Exposure to process optimization, productivity improvements, and cost reduction initiatives Ability to work directly with production teams in a manufacturing environment Six Sigma experience is highly valued

Pay:

$110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
