Your Key Responsibilities Continuously initiate, support, train, and review activities applying all methods of the Schaeffler Production System (SPS), to improve efficiency and effectiveness for an organizational area assigned. Drive and support the application of the SPS standards as lean management elements, workplace design, SCM and value stream design. Deploy and train SPS methods and knowledge. Contribute to the continuous improvement of SPS and share best practices. Facilitate workshops and projects, report their results and benefits, support management to coach the continuous improvement processes. Conduct reviews of the SPS implementation status in organizational units. Evaluate/report costs and benefits of the SPS projects, workshops, and initiate activities to ensure sustainability. Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration or a related field of study Minimum of 3 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, preferably within the automotive industry Knowledge of MOVE philosophy, including Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Single Piece Flow, and continuous process improvement methodologies Persistent, driven, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset External candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for an employment visa or sponsorship Our Offering Comprehensive healthcare coverage: Employees receive access to a range of medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, ensuring their well-being and peace of mind.
