Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of tumble finishing technologies to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency. Oversee the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of assembly and inspection equipment to ensure high reliability and precision. Evaluate existing production technologies, tools, and equipment to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing workflows, reduce cycle times, and improve overall efficiency and costs. Provide technical support and expertise for troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and failures. Collaborate with research and development teams to transfer new technologies from concept to production. Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and technical specifications.
Your Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field) 2+ years of production engineering or related experience Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively Solid understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies Strong analytical skills with complex problem-solving abilities Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
Preferred:
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards relevant to production environments Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies Experience with CAD/CAM software and automation systems Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools Our Offering At Schaeffler, our success is driven by our employees.
