Spartanburg, SC Salary:

$80,000 - $105,000 + Bonus + Benefits We are partnering with a leading manufacturing client in the Spartanburg area who is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations and drive continuous improvement across the facility. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on improving manufacturing processes, supporting production efficiency, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality output in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in improving process capability, reducing waste, and supporting operational excellence initiatives. What You'll Be Doing Developing, improving, and optimising manufacturing processes Supporting daily production operations and resolving process issues Driving Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Conducting time studies, capacity analysis, and workflow improvements Supporting root cause analysis and corrective action implementation Working with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams Assisting with new product introductions and process validation Supporting tooling, fixture, and equipment improvements Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards What We're Looking For 2-6+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role Strong understanding of production processes and industrial operations Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or CI tools preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Hands-on approach with strong shop floor presence Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Package Base salary: $80,000 - $105,000 Annual performance bonus Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Clear career progression within a growing manufacturing environment
