In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing operations by applying engineering principles to optimize production processes and support continuous improvement initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality and productivity targets are met Assist in developing and implementing strategies to optimize production processes and reduce waste Collaborate with manufacturing teams and other stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions Responsibilities
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics Entry-level experience or internships in manufacturing engineering or process improvement roles Basic understanding of manufacturing technologies, process optimization, and quality control principles Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques to support process improvements Knowledge of manufacturing software and tools such as CAD, statistical process control (SPC), or Lean manufacturing principles

Advanced degrees in Engineering such as Mechanical or Industrial Engineering Experience with automation, robotics, or additive manufacturing technologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to continuous improvement Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging manufacturing trends Qualifications
