High SchoolResponsibilities Process Development:
Plans and oversees the development of process flows, equipment requirements for quotes, and new product planning.Technical Operations:
Develops programs for CNC machines (lathes, milling) and creates layouts and part priority sheets.Continuous Improvement:
Implements lean manufacturing mindsets to minimize waste, manages corrective/preventative actions, and reduces product costs through innovation.Collaboration & Mentorship:
Acts as a "subject matter" lead to foster a learning culture and works closely with purchasing, quality, sales, and operations departments.Compliance & Safety:
Maintains a clean work area and adheres to the Occupational Health and Safety Act, including the use of required PPE like safety shoes and glasses.
