Salary:

1. Lead industrial engineering projects of moderate to high complexity with minimal supervision, focusing on manufacturing line expansion, capacity planning, and operational efficiency. 2. Partner with manufacturing and facilities teams to support plant layout, workflow design, and expansion-related initiatives. 3. Conduct cost analysis, inventory optimization, production control, and human factors studies to improve operational performance. 4. Establish and refine standard work, operating procedures, and process flows for new and existing production lines. 5. Utilize lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and process optimization tools (Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.) to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions. 7. Provide technical expertise and guidance in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes to meet production and quality requirements.Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry. 3. Exposure to lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and process optimization tools (Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.). 4. Experience supporting manufacturing line expansion, facility planning, or capacity increases. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail. 6. Project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and solutions to all levels of the organization. 8.
