General Description 1) Develop robust and efficient manufacturing systems 2) Design and build manufacturing and test systems that optimize safety, ergonomics, and manufacturability. II-2. Key Roles and Responsibilities 1) Analysis of product assembly process through support for product assembly process 2) Support production of assembled products while complying with quality standards 3) Contribute to improving work processes by collaborating with the production site management team 4) Maintain a working environment in compliance with safety guidelines 5) Lead new product assembly process development and improvement activities 6) Optimize assembly lines and workspaces within the factory 7) Update and modify plant layouts in AutoCAD or similar software 8) Corrective and preventive action process monitoring and improvement activity support 9) Lead CFT activities related to process improvements II-3. Job Requirements II-3-1. Work Experience 1) 10+ years in manufacturing environment with strong background in process or industrial engineering. 2) Experience in OEM Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3 3) Experience in manufacturing, assembly, and quality control through internship or field training II-3-2. Education 1) Bachelor's degree in related major required (e.g. manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or related science major) II-3-3. Knowledge Skills and Abilities 1) Understand advanced concepts of manufacturing process and quality control 2) Deep understanding of and ability to comply with safety regulations and procedures 3) Advanced knowledge of automated machinery and equipment 4) Ability to respond flexibly even in a changing work environment 5) Meticulous attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset 6) Compliance with standard procedures and responsibility for safety 7) Bilingual English/ Korean preferred 8) Must have excellent communication skills 9) Excellent problem-solving skills 10) Enthusiastic, cooperative, and displays a positive attitude
