Job Description:
Project Engineer Own and deliver capital and process improvement projects across a manufacturing site. This role combines hands-on engineering support with full lifecycle project management to drive safety, reliability, and cost performance. Key Responsibilities Lead projects from concept to commissioning, aligned to safety, quality, and cost targets Build and manage scopes, timelines, and budgets; drive delivery within approved spend Provide technical support to operations and maintenance to resolve equipment and process issues Partner with vendors/contractors to design and execute cost-effective solutions Oversee contractor performance (safety, quality, schedule, cost) Coordinate internal resources for installs, upgrades, and shutdown work Identify and mitigate risks impacting safety, compliance, and production Communicate clear project updates to stakeholders Maintain accurate engineering documentation and drawings Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering 5-8 years' experience in manufacturing or industrial environments Proven project management and multi-project execution capability Experience with project planning tools, CMMS/ERP systems, and CAD Strong communication skills; PMP a plus
