Manufacturing Engineer I

Entry-level Manufacturing Engineer responsible for supporting process development and production efficiency, with a focus on final product packaging for spine-related medical devices. This role works cross-functionally to optimize manufacturing processes, ensure product quality, and support production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and improve manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and interpret engineering blueprints Support process engineering activities, particularly in final product packaging Design workflows, tooling, and equipment utilization for efficient production Collaborate with engineering teams to align product design with manufacturing capabilities Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions to ensure quality Incorporate inspection and testing requirements into production processes Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards

Requirements:

B.S. in Industrial Engineering (or related field) 1-2 years of manufacturing engineering experience Strong skills in blueprint reading, BOM creation, and process engineering Knowledge of manufacturing workflows, materials handling, and production optimization #

GRPA Pay:

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
