Job Description
We're seeking a Senior Automation & Controls Engineer to support and improve manufacturing automation systems in a fast paced production environment. This role will lead controls programming, system integration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. What You'll Do Program and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems Support automation projects from concept through implementation Improve manufacturing efficiency, uptime, and system reliability Partner with production, maintenance, and engineering teams Support equipment startups, upgrades, and process improvements Diagnose and resolve controls and automation issues Assist with MES and system integration initiatives Develop and maintain technical documentation What We're Looking For Bachelors Degree Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation systems Strong troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment Experience with HMI, SCADA, and controls integration Manufacturing industry experience preferred Preferred Technologies Allen Bradley / Rockwell Siemens SCADA systems HMI development MES integration
