Designers in this role will independently execute complex mechanical designs, collaborate closely with Project Engineers during design reviews, and contribute high‐quality technical solutions within fast-paced project timelines. Key Responsibilities Perform complex mechanical design for custom automated assembly equipment using SolidWorks and Windchill. Independently evaluate, select, and apply both standard and advanced engineering principles to solve design challenges. Adapt or modify established methods for non‐routine or complex assignments. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a high-paced environment with minimal oversight. Capable of producing accurate, complete mechanical designs under tight deadlines. Must be receptive to continuous design feedback and capable of adjusting work accordingly. Work Environment & Expectations 50+ hours per week; flexible arrival between 6-8 AM.
