Manufacturing Project Engineer

Manufacturing Project EngineerWe are a food production facility in Tennessee backed by over 25 years of expertise from our parent company. We're growing fast and looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Project Engineer to help us build something great.

In this role, you'll lead capital projects, drive process improvements, and work closely with operations, quality, and maintenance to keep our facility running at its best.

What you'll doManage engineering projects from concept through commissioningIdentify and implement process improvements across production linesPartner with maintenance, quality, and operations teams dailySupport equipment installation, troubleshooting, and optimizationEnsure compliance with food safety, GMP, and safety standardsWhat we're looking forBS in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environmentFood or beverage industry experience a strong plusStrong project management and communication skillsComfortable working on the floor - not just behind a desk
