Tesla's Refining Technology Team is responsible for the implementation of production processes at never-before-seen scale. At Tesla, Integration Leads serve as the critical link between technology development, detailed engineering, construction, and commissioning/operations for our polysilicon refinery project. This role is the on-site technical owner for a specific process area, ensuring the plant is built and operated in a manner that fully realizes the technological intent. What You'll Do Own end-to-end communication and alignment between technology, detailed design, construction, and commissioning/operations team. Serve as the conduit for technical decisions between the technology team and construction and operations teams Own management of change (MOC) process from construction onwards through commissioning and early operation Participate in schedule reviews with construction and operations to identify acceleration options and mitigate schedule risks Identify and resolve conflicts between design intent and field execution in real-time Review and approve field changes, ensuring they do not compromise process performance or safety Support with procurement and tracking of capital equipment across the project
Commissioning Support:
Support with planning activities for commissioning and operations, such as development of mitigation plans, proper handover of deliverables, and organization of process data
Technical Design:
