Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy, technically sharp Manufacturing Engineer to join our world-class manufacturing team. In this role, you won't just oversee a process-you will actively optimize it. You will tackle complex electro-mechanical challenges, implement Lean principles, utilize advanced data analytics, and collaborate across disciplines to keep our production lines moving at the speed of innovation. Whether your expertise lies in building robust physical structures or driving digital process automation, your work will directly impact the global semiconductor supply chain.
Preferred Skills & Experience Design & Automation:
Hands-on experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, etc.) and a baseline comfort with coding/programming (Python, SQL, C++, VBA, etc.) to drive automation and data analysis.
Problem Solving:
Proven expertise in electro-mechanical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
Methodologies:
strong foundation in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Environment:
Prior experience supporting fast-paced production, assembly, or high-tech manufacturing environments.

BachelorsResponsibilities Optimize Manufacturing Operations:
Identify, design, and implement continuous process improvements to drive efficiency, quality, and productivity across production lines.
Technical Troubleshooting:
Solve complex electro-mechanical manufacturing issues on the floor and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Data-Driven Improvement:
Analyze technical data and manufacturing metrics to identify trends, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance.
CAD & Documentation:
Utilize CAD software to support product/process improvements and develop/maintain airtight manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and process controls.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with Design Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production teams to ensure seamless product builds and successful New Product Introductions (NPI).
Root Cause Analysis:
Lead thorough root cause investigations to resolve build anomalies and structural production bottlenecks.
