Our product is a life-saving cardiac device and the growth behind it is real - around 1,500 employees today and tripling over the next three years. We are looking for process engineers who want to be at the centre of that growth, not watching it from the sidelines. The Role This Process Engineer III sits in our Final Assembly and Packaging area. You will own manufacturing processes, drive improvements, support equipment validation, and collaborate across engineering, quality, and operations in a fully FDA and ISO regulated environment. The role is floor-based, hands-on, and comes with genuine process ownership from day one. What You Will Be Doing Owning manufacturing processes across final assembly and packaging to ensure stable, compliant production Troubleshooting equipment and processes through physical inspection and root cause analysis Leading

equipment validations and providing engineering support for new equipment start-up and debug Driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manufacturing errors and improve yields and cycle times Coordinating Engineering Change Notices for process, material, and design changes Supporting new product launches by providing process engineering expertise during implementation Partnering with quality on CAPA investigations and audit deliverables Providing technical support for key component and equipment suppliers Developing and improving operations documentation and SOPs What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 4 to 6 years of experience, or Master's with 2 to 4 years Data-driven problem solving - root cause analysis, SPC, process capability Lean manufacturing and process optimization experience Experience delivering automation of manual manufacturing processes preferred Experience in GMP or GDP regulated manufacturing environments preferred Experience supporting cleanroom processes, manual and automated, preferred Experience troubleshooting industrial electronic hardware preferred CAD software familiarity preferred Green Belt in 5S or Lean Manufacturing a plus The Package Base salary up to $120,000 7% annual bonus Equity participation Full medical, dental, and vision 401K with employer contribution Employee stock purchase plan Unlimited PTO Tuition reimbursement Standard hours 7:30AM to 4:30
