Job Description
Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production by improving processes, solving shop floor challenges, and driving efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Develop and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and work instructions Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions Partner with operations to reduce setup time and improve cycle efficiency Evaluate processes to identify inefficiencies and quality concerns Create and maintain drawings, process documentation, and travelers Provide CAD support for manufacturing and machining activities Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role Strong knowledge of metalworking processes and shop floor practices Solid understanding of GD&T and mechanical drawings Experience with tolerance analysis, fixturing, and process control concepts Comfortable using precision measuring tools and interpreting inspection results Able to work independently and communicate effectively across teams Must be eligible to work in the United States without restriction and without the need for current or future sponsorship.
