• Full-time, Contract Overview We are hiring a hands-on Process Equipment Mechanical Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and support critical production equipment used in active processing.

This is a field-based, hands-on role for someone who can keep equipment running and respond quickly to mechanical issues. Equipment You'll Work On Jacketed stainless steel reactors (1000L-2000L) Centrifuge extraction systems Filtration and pressure vessels Pumps, valves, and sanitary piping Vacuum systems and falling film equipment MTA chillers and temperature control systems Basic PLC / control panels Responsibilities Diagnose and repair leaks, seals, pumps, and valves Perform hands-on mechanical work daily on process equipment Troubleshoot flow, pressure, vacuum, and clogging issues Maintain uptime across production systems Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs Support reliable operation of equipment used in pharmaceutical-style manufacturing What We Want Strong mechanical experience in industrial or process environments Experience with pumps, piping, valves, and pressure systems Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment independently Comfortable working in an active production environment Preferred Experience Experience in the pharmaceutical industry , chemical processing, or food-grade manufacturing Experience with extraction systems, vacuum systems, or rotating equipment Basic PLC / control panel troubleshooting Benefits Competitive salary: $80,000
