About the Role This role is ideal for entry-level to mid-level professionals who are passionate about improving manufacturing processes, increasing production efficiency, and supporting quality and safety initiatives. Responsibilities Support daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient and reliable production processes Analyze production workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Assist with troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, reduce waste, and increase productivity Participate in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives Support equipment installation, validation, and process qualification activities Monitor production metrics and prepare reports on efficiency, downtime, and quality performance Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Assist in new product introduction and manufacturing readiness activities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field 0-5 years of manufacturing engineering experience Required Skills Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, and quality control principles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Good communication and teamwork abilities Preferred Skills Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies Familiarity with CAD software and ERP/MRP systems Internship or hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of process improvement tools such as root cause analysis, FMEA, or SPC Ready to Take the Next Step?your updated resume to:
