Job Description

PLC - Advanced Level Rockwell Automation / Allen-Bradley and Siemens. Software architecture, modular programming, motion integration, communication with third-party equipment, and startup diagnostics. Industrial Networks EtherNet/IP and
PROFINET.
Configuration, integration, and troubleshooting. Machine Vision - Cognex / Keyence Integration of cameras into automatic machines. Reliable PLC communication. Use of inspection results for process decisions. Spreadsheet management and data validation. Understanding of optics and lighting for industrial applications. Motion & Servos Kinetix and equivalent platforms. Multi-axis synchronization. High-precision positioning. Integration and tuning of servomotors and steppers from various manufacturers. Commissioning and performance optimization. Robotics FANUC, Epson, Universal Robots, Denso. Programming, handshakes Machine Safety Understanding of risk categories, Performance Level, and safety architectures integrated with production requirements. Manufacturing Knowledge OEE mindset. Cycle time optimization. Bottleneck reduction. Design for stable production. Experience Background in automation integrators or machine-building environments. Direct participation in FAT, SAT, and ramp-up. Technical leadership and decision-making capability. Education Electrical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering or similar. Degree required. English Minimum B2 for technical communication.
