Develop strategic plans and proposals for new facility capital projects from initial concept to final approval.
Manage the end-to-end execution of capital projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Conduct comprehensive engineering design reviews to guarantee all modifications meet strict technical and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with on-site technical teams to seamlessly integrate operational improvements and new engineering designs.
