What You Will Be Doing Position will be at the technical forefront of all F35 Engineering Change Requests (CRs) that impact Production operations across all Domestic Sites. As a Manufacturing Engineer Sr supporting the F-35 Domestic Change Integration Manufacturing Engineering (ME) team, you will be responsible for all CRs processed through the CR lifecycle, serving as one of the primary contacts within Production Engineering providing coordination between various functions to ensure engineering changes can be broken in effectively while remaining within cost and schedule constraints.
- Provide technical solutions for a wide range of difficult problems using solutions that are imaginative, thorough, practical, and consistent with organization objectives.
- Provide technical integration and communicate solutions to support build, training, test, and troubleshooting for all manufacturing processes and system check out procedures.
- Review and aid the production system with the incorporation of all major and minor engineering changes, and manufacturing system changes (i.e. work around plans, associated tooling modifications, manufacturing plans).
- Aid the production system with pursuit of corrective actions and continuous improvement in all build areas
- Support problem solving, espars, bill of material, PMATS, PPV, and improvement initiatives to support the production system.

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in one of the following: Manufacturing Engineering, including Production Operations, Quality Engineering, Operations Engineering, Design Engineering, or other related discipline.
- Experience with reading and reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and 3D models.
- Experience presenting to Senior level Leadership.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5+ years of experience
- Experience interfacing with Design Engineering.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- F-35 production or design experience.
- Project Management experience.
- Working knowledge of SAP, CAPP/SFM, QADS, and VAS.
- Knowledge in troubleshooting mechanical systems, supply chain management, and engineering processes.
