As a Lean Sigma Engineer, you'll contribute to meaningful projects that shape the future of aerospace. This position contributes to our vision by: Plans basic Lean Sigma projects, including budgets; Leads Lean Sigma projects that will produce significant cost savings; Ensures projects are on schedule and customer expectations are meet; Contributes to the development and Implementation of lean sigma deployment plan; Fosters the Lean Sigma culture within the organization; Designs, develops, implements and evaluates internal Lean Sigma Green Belt program; Delivers employee Lean Sigma Green Belt Training; Mentors Green Belt candidates on basic projects to reach certification ensuring compliance to methodology; What we offer: Competitive salaries- Paid holidays

- Bachelor Degree in engineering or business administration; OR an Associate's plus 3 years relevant/related work experience; OR 6 years directly related work experience
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience and minimum of 1 year with process
- improvement experience.
- Lean training from the Shingo Institute, Shingijutsu, or other recognized program
- or company.
- Must pursue One Safran referent accreditation
- Basic knowledge of Lean Sigma, process improvement, and problem solving
- methodologies
- Basic Knowledge within functional areas of Continuous Improvement (at least one of the following fields):
- Office Lean
- Training of Lean Sigma
- Engineering Lean Sigma/Continuous Improvement (DFLSS, DFMA, VAVE,
- etc.)
- Quality/Manufacturing Lean Sigma /Continuous Improvement
- Able to organize complex thoughts and ideas into a cohesive, simple message.
- Ability to influence all levels of the organization without direct authority
- Consistent focus on safety, 5S, standard work and problem solving throughout
