This onsite role is a key part of our daily operations, supporting product design, driving process improvements, reducing cost, and ensuring our manufacturing teams have the tools and technology they need to succeed. Sponsorship is NOT available for this role. What You'll Do Evaluate and enhance current manufacturing processes, partnering closely with supervisors and production team members. Create and maintain accurate documentation including manufacturing processes, time studies, CNC programs, tooling design, and equipment requirements. Support new product development by planning workflows, equipment layouts, work instructions, and preventive maintenance procedures. Justify new or replacement equipment, prepare capital requests, and lead installations and start‑ups. Act as the first point of contact for shop floor issues and train team members on specialized processes. Support environmental, health, and safety programs, as well as facility and equipment maintenance. Develop make‑vs‑buy analysis, standard cost estimates, routings, work instructions, and rework orders. Use SolidWorks for tooling and fixture design and Mastercam for CNC programming. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing processes, machining, tooling, and CNC programming. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Hands‑on machining experience is a plus. DeZURIK offers a competitive base salary in the $75,577 to $94,472 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.
