Automation Engineer / Controls Engineer San Antonio Metro Area, TX A growing industrial manufacturing company is seeking an Mid-Level experienced Automation Engineer / Controls Engineer to support automation projects, improve production efficiency, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment within a fast-paced industrial environment. Responsibilities Program and troubleshoot PLCs , HMIs , VFDs , and automated systems Support machine upgrades, automation projects, and process improvements Troubleshoot electrical and controls issues to reduce downtime Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and production teams Assist with equipment startup, commissioning, and system optimization Qualifications 3+ years of automation or controls experience in manufacturing Experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens , or similar PLC platforms Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot controls systems Robotics, motion control, or SCADA experience is a plus What's Offered Competitive compensation Growth opportunity Stable manufacturing environment Strong team culture Please submit a resume for consideration.
