- Leveraged Continuous Improvement Engineer
Position Overview:
- The Leveraged Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for leading continuous improvement projects across multiple manufacturing sites and providing technical expertise in areas such as: polymer manufacturing, film casting, high temperature lamination and numerous converting operations such as coating, heat treatment, and extensive slitting operations
Responsibilities:
- + Lead the resolution of multiple, complex projects with high level of autonomy and accountability.
- Skills required:
- + Demonstrated expertise of mechanical and chemical processes and methodologies applicable to a manufacturing operation.
- located at Circleville, OH or Pasadena, TX
- . Projects will be focused at the four ICS Films and Laminates manufacturing locations: Circleville, OH, Pasadena, TX (Bayport), Towanda, PA and Hsinchu, Taiwan.
Qualifications:
- + Bachelor's Degree required Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. + Minimum of 10 years operations or manufacturing technical experience required. + Six Sigma Green Belt Certification required; Six Sigma Black Belt Certification preferred.
